Othman decided to expand the market to the south of the country. A small factory was built in a shophouse building in Taman SEDC, Tampoi, Johor Bahru.<\/p><p>On March 25, 1992, Hj Othman and his partners agreed to establish a company named PERUSAHAAN MAZ SDN. BHD. which continues to thrive and become a strong competitor in the ground chili processing industry in Malaysia.<\/p><p>The chili processing factory has moved to Kampung Sungai Danga, Tampoi. The products produced are increasingly diversified. The company is growing and the products have been marketed throughout the peninsula. In fact, MAZ products have been successfully exported to Singapore and still remain to this day.<\/p><p>\u200bThis 100% Malaysian Muslim-owned company has continued to grow and has successfully established a branch in Melaka to help smooth marketing nationwide. Now, it is not just retail stores and small supermarkets that sell MAZ products, but MAZ products can be found in all Hyper supermarkets nationwide.<\/p><p>In 2014, the company moved to the Kejora GMP Incubator Factory, Bandar Tenggara. This move allowed the company to develop GMP and HACCP systems to achieve global quality standards.
